What's the diff between life coaching and therapy?
Therapy helps you process your past, while life coaching helps you process your present and future. But what does that really mean?

What's the structure of a 1:1 life coaching session?
After our onboarding session, our work together will feel much less clinical and much more conversational.
⚡️Each session, you'll be assigned homework in the form of a reflection, exercise, or worksheet
⚡️We'll go over the homework from the previous session every time we meet
⚡️I'll ask you thought-provoking questions, based on homework learnings, to identify limiting beliefs that hinder progress
⚡️Then, we'll come up with a strategy to unlearn those limiting beliefs and reframe them so that they propel progress, instead of hinder it

How do you prepare for each session?
I'll always have a plan for each session, but you can always bring something you'd rather work on instead.

Let's say you're distracted from a big work project because you got in a fight with your best friend, significant other, or a family member. I'm always happy to push my plan to the following session so that we can work through whatever is blocking progress from your long-term goals in the moment.

How soon can you expect results?
Although I've seen people achieve results after just one session, your results are dependent on the work you invest in yourself. Here's my promise to you: I guarantee that as long as you do the work assigned in sessions and truly internalize those learnings, you’ll feel an impactful difference after one month of working together.
