Coaching Policies & Guidelines
How do I use my Paperbell account?
Paperbell is where you can get a full view of our work together, including how many sessions you have left, worksheets, homework, videos, billing, and more. Learn more about how to use your Paperbell account here.
Who's responsible for my results?
You're responsible for your progress. My job is to help you understand what's going on in your mind so that I can help you come up with the plan for success, but it's your job to implement it.
What happens if I forget to pay?
It would be pretty hard for you to forget to pay since payment is automated through Paperbell. However, if for some reason your payment doesn't go through, your sessions are subject to cancellation. Sessions will resume once your balance is resolved.
What happens if I forget to schedule a session?
If you don't schedule a session you've paid for, that appointment can roll over into the following month (one-time occurrence only). After that one-time occurrence, you'll forfeit that session altogether.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
You can reschedule directly in your Paperbell client portal. You must give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or change the time of a session.
Please note that rescheduling is generally discouraged, so please only book appointments that you’re confident you’ll be able to attend. Of course, I understand that 💩 happens and sometimes changes are inevitable.
What happens if I miss a scheduled session?
Cancellation of a session (less than 48 hours before) and/or no‐show appointments are billed to the client for the full amount. No-show appointments are not eligible for rescheduling.
If you're unable to cancel in a timely manner on a regular basis, our coaching relationship will be terminated (with no hard feelings; I promise 🤞).
What if I wanna quit or cancel Life With Tawny coaching sessions altogether?
You or I can terminate our coaching agreement at any time. However, a 30-day written notice is required. You're required to pay for all coaching services rendered through and including the effective date of termination. You can only receive a refund for services not rendered.
