THE HOLIDAYS SHOULDN'T BE AN EMOTIONAL MINEFIELD
You can’t move the landmines but you can stop stepping on them. Let’s get you mentally and emotionally prepped before the holiday chaos hits.
Join “Survive the Season,” a 4-week group coaching program designed to help you protect your peace, stay grounded, and maintain sanity through the most triggering time of year.

'Tis the season to be ready, not reactive
You know that mix of excitement and dread that creeps up every year right before the holidays? Yeah, that's your nervous system remembering last year's drama slash đź’© shit show.
Before you get sucked into old patterns, guilt trips, and emotional hangovers, let's do something different this year — prepare on purpose.
Over four weeks, you'll learn how to manage your mind, protect your peace, and show up as the calmest person in the room — even if your family is playing their usual greatest hits. That way, you can finally enjoy the season instead of merely survive it.
💥 WHAT YOU’LL LEARN (AKA HOW TO STAY SANE WHEN EVERYONE ELSE ISN’T)
Week 1: Know Your Triggers (So They Don’t Run the Show)
Map out what actually sets you off, why it happens, and how to stop reacting on autopilot when your family starts pressing the same old buttons. We'll work on how to stop the spiral before it starts.
Week 2: Set Boundaries like a Grown-Up
Learn how to say no (without the guilt), protect your energy, and stop people-pleasing your way into exhaustion. You'll get scripts and mindset tools that make it doable.
Week 3: Nervous System 911
You can't control them, but you can master yourself. You’ll learn practical tools to regulate in the moment. You'll create a backup plan to help you navigate mid-drama moments or dinner table debates,
Week 4: Rewrite the Script
You can’t control how others act, but you can decide how you want to show up. In our final week together, you’ll put together everything you learned to lock in your new mental and emotional game plan for the season.
Each week, we’ll tackle one piece of the emotional chaos puzzle — so by the time the holidays hit, you’re grounded, not gaslit.

This is for you if...
âś… You love your family but dread the emotional roller coaster of spending "quality time" with them
✅ You want to show up calm and in control over the holidays — not reactive or resentful
✅ You're ready to practice real tools — not just "breathe and hope for the best"
âś… You want community, coaching, and accountability before the chaos hits
This is not for you if...
❌ You'd rather dismiss family drama as "just how it is"
❌ You're not open to mindset work, emotional regulation, self-coaching, or honest self-reflection
❌ You're hoping everyone else will change first (spoiler: they won't)
Why group coaching?
There's something powerful about realizing you're not the only one losing your shit.
You'll get coaching on your specific triggers while hearing others navigate theirs — and you'll walk away with tools, perspective, and maybe even a few new friends who totally get it.
This isn't therapy. It's practical mindset work and real-time coaching for people who want to stay grounded when everyone else is losing it.
